Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Pre-order items require 8–10 business days before shipping.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes 10–15 business days on average. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Shipping rates: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase amount is required. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We reserve the right to modify our shipping rates at any time.

Tracking: Tracking information becomes available 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Address changes: Address updates can be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, changes are no longer possible. Orders lost due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded; reshipment is available for a 15% fee.
